3/4 lb. bow tie pasta (farfalle)
1 c. frozen peas
1 1/2 c. heavy cream or whipping cream
1 1/2 c. cooked diced ham
1/2 c. fresh basil, finely chopped
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta until al dente--add peas to the pasta the last 3 minutes of boiling. Drain & set aside. Put cream and ham in large skillet. Heat until cream bubbles slightly. Add basil, pasta, and peas. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Serve hot with more Parmesan cheese on the side.

Note that it makes a lot. We usually half the recipe and it makes plenty. It also reheats nicely.
