1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of tuna (7 oz)
3 cloves of garlic
1 cup of sake
1/3 can of chicken stock
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 box of pasta
salt and pepper to taste
basil for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
1) Heat large skillet on medium high.
2) Add olive oil, tomatoes, tuna, chicken stock, sake, salt and pepper into the skillet.
3) Simmer until reduced by half.
4) Add garlic.
5) Cook pasta until al dente.
6) Drain pasta, put it in the sauce.
7) Plate it with the basil.

My mom created this type of pasta and it is usually served for regular dinners. This is special because each time I eat a strand it tastes like heaven. I hope you enjoy my mom's spaghetti.
