1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup milk
1 can cream style corn
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp.soda
1 large onion ( chopped )
2 eggs
hot pepper to taste
l lb. ground meat browned

Directions:
Directions:
Mix altogether in large bowl. Pour 1/2 into a hot skillet with a little grease. Spread 8 oz. grated cheese on top. Then spread remaining 1/2 mixture over cheese, bake on 350º 45 to 50 minutes.
