6 Hoagie buns
1 sm. Jimmy Dean or Owens sausage (hot)
1 lb ham steak(cubed) or sandwich slices, diced
2 c. shredded cheese
12 eggs + 1 cup milk, beaten
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place buns in bottom of rectangular casserole dish
(buttered). Layer sausage, ham, cheese on top of
buns. Pour eggs (beaten) over mixture, bake a 350º
for 45 min. to an hour (uncovered for last 15 min.
