sliced chicken
sliced mushrooms
onion
minced garlic
olive oil
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
salt and pepper
1 pkg Hollandaise sauce
cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper chicken to taste. Brown in olive oil. Add mushrooms, onions, and garlic and saute. Add spinach and cook until warmed through. Prepare Hollandaise sauce according to package directions. Spoon chicken and spinach mixture over hot rice and drizzle with Hollandaise sauce.
