2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 stick Oleo
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. cocoa
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

ICING
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick Oleo
2 c. cocoa
6 T. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Sift in bowl flour, sugar & 1/2 tsp. salt. In a sauce pan, combine water, Oleo, Wesson oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, & cocoa & bring to a boil. Add sauce to dry ingredients & beat. Add eggs, buttermilk, soda & vanilla. Bake at 350º for 20 min. ICING: Add ingredients & mix with blender until creamy.

Velma was the wife of the late Chester "Jake" Hollenshead and the sister-in-law of Jeane (Hollenshead) Finkbeiner who contributed this recipe in their memory. It is a "Hollenshead Family Classic" and was taken from Jeane's family cookbook "Favorite Recipes of the Hollensheads."
