2 1/4 c. Graham Wafer Crumbs
1/2 c. Melted Butter or Margarine
3 (3oz.) Jelly Powders
1/4 c. Cold Water
1 c. Whipping Cream
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 c. Brown Sugar
4 1/4 c. Boiling Water
1 pkg. Unflavoured Gelatin
1 c. Pineapple Juice (heated)
1/4 c. Sugar

Mix crumbs, butter & brown sugar together & press in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Dissolve the 3 jelly powders separately in 1 1/2 c. boiling water & set each one in pan about 1/4" thick. When set, cut into 1/4" cubes. Dissolve the gelatin in cold water & add to hot pineapple juice. Cool until thickened. Whip cream, add sugar gradually, then vanilla. Fold in pineapple mixture & add jelly cubes. Pour on top of crust & set in refrigerator.
