1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 (13 3/4-oz.) cans artichoke hearts
1/2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
3/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan
1 pkg. Pepper Jack cheese, grated

Preheat the oven to 350º. Grease a casserole dish with nonstick spray. Heat the spinach in a microwave oven on high for 5 min. & squeeze dry. Drain the artichoke hearts & coarsely chop in a food processor or cut into chunks. Combine all the ingredients in a lg. bowl. Stir well. Bake for 30 min. in the prepared casserole dish. Serve with bagel chips or tortilla chips.
