1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced
½ c (1 stick) margarine or butter
1 ½ t dry mustard
2 T chili powder
1 c ketchup
½ c vinegar (I prefer cider vinegar)
½ c water
1 T brown sugar
1 T Worcestershire sauce
cooked pork

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, then garlic in butter. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer cooked pork in sauce. (I cheat and use COSTCO’s cooked and packaged pulled pork.)

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Sometimes I make changes to the original recipe, depending on who will be eating it. I have cut the butter in half without loosing flavor. In addition, I add an extra Tbs (or two) of brown sugar if Dennis and the boys will be enjoying it. I, personally, prefer the nice tang the way Mom makes it! This is also nice on ribs.
