3-6 boneless, skinless breasts
1 c. of bread crumbs
1 c.of Parmesan cheese
1 T. garlic powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder & garlic salt all together in a Zip-loc bag. Shake until well mixed. Pre-heat oven to 375º with 9" x 13" cake pan melting butter. Rub chicken with melted butter & shake the mix on the chicken. Continue to wet mix on chicken until completely covered with wet mix. Place in oven for 35-45 min. until mix is golden brown. Brush butter back onto chicken once finished cooking.
