3 C. blueberries
3/4 C sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
1 C. water
1 box white or yellow cake mix.
1 can (16oz) fruit cocktail & juice
1 cube melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and cornstarch in a small pan add water, stir to combine, then add berries, heat to low boil, simmer until liquid is thick & berries are soft.
In a greased 9 x13 pan, pour in fruit cocktail & juice, add berry mix, stir. Sprinkle over this the dry cake mix, DO NOT STIR IN! Then pour melted butter over dry cake mix as evenly as possible. Note, some of the dry cake mix will not be covered but it will turn out just great! Bake @ 350º for 40 min or until golden brown. Serve warm with cool whip!
