3 eggs
1/3 cups vinegar (slightly more)
1 T. Flour
1 tsp salt
3 T. sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1- 1 1/2 cups cream (can use evaporated milk or even soured cream--not the commercial kind)
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add vinegar. Mix dry ingredients and stir into egg mixture. Blend in the cream. Cook in a double boiler, stirring constantly, until thickened.
