2 pounds hamburger
1 pound sausage
(or three pounds of hamburger)
2 Tbsp Tenderquick (buy in the salt section)
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp liquid smoke
3/4 cup of water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together. Shape into several rolls and double wrap in foil. Refrigerate overnight. Prick holes in the bottom of the foil so juices can drain out. Bake at 325 for one hour. The meat will have a red tinge to it even though it is cooked. When cool, remove from foil and wrap in plastic wrap.
