"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

1T. yeast
1 1/2 Cup warm water
1/2 t. salt
3 1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Mix in small bowl sugar, yeast and warm water and let sit for 5 min. Then add the salt and flour, stirring after each cup. Oil hands and counter, break off a small ball and roll like a thick snake. Fold and twist and lay width wise in a greased 9x13 pan. Continue until all dough is used, pushing for it all to fit in pan. Spread with butter and choice of seasonings, I prefer italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and garlic/onion powder. Do not need to let rise. Bake in a preheated 400º oven for 15-20 min.

I like to half this recipe for my small family and use an 8x8 pan. Great to use when you are short on time, super fast. Recipe from Melissa Campbell.
