1 lb. lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1/2 cup original Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
1) Heat oven to 400ºF. Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat, stirring frequently until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with cheese.
2) Stir all remaining ingredients in medium bowl with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.
3) Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. 6 servings. High altitude (3500-6500) bake 30 to 35 minutes.
