2 T butter
1/4 cup chopped green onions white and green part
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic chopped
1 lb peeled crawfish tails
1/4 cup white wine
1 cup half and half
1 t flour (optional if needed for thickening
salt pepper cayenne pepper to taste
4-6 slices lightly buttered french bread, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet, add green onions, parsley, garlic and crawfish. Simmer until onions are tender. Add wine then gradually stir in half and half, salt and peppers. If mixture appears to be too thin you can thicken slightly by adding the 1 t of flour and stirring to blend. Remove from heat after mixture comes to boil serve over buttered toast
