4-6 pound beef brisket
1 can beef consommé
5 oz bottle soy sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
˝ tsp garlic salt
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Trim or have butcher trim fat from meat. Marinate overnight with the next 4 ingredients. Drain and remove meat from marinade Sprinkle with paprika and layer in foil.
Bake 4 hours at 325. Cool and slice thinly and place in 9 X 13 pan. Spread your favorite sauce on top. Cover with foil and bake 1 more hour.
