4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon butter
1 can (10 3/4 oz) 98 percent fat free cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can white wine
3 strips bacon, cooked and cut into 1 inch pieces
1 jar (2 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, cut into bite size
1 tablespoon capers, or more to taste, rinsed and drained
Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Brown chicken breasts lightly in butter and place in slow cooker.
Whisk wine into soup and pour over chicken.
Add bacon, diced artichokes and capers.
Cover and cook six hours on low, or four hours on high.
Serve with rice.
Serves 4
Yield: 9 1/2 quarts
