1/2 cup broth

2 teaspoons cornstarch

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 bunch bok choy—chopped in small peices

Salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat broth in microwave and add over cornstarch little by little.

2. Add the garlic and cook over high heat until fragrant, 20 seconds.

3. Add the bok choy and stir-fry until the leaves start to wilt, 2 minutes.

4. Add the stock and cook, stirring, until slightly thickened, 30 seconds. If it is too hard cook longer.

5. Ready to serve. Each day is better.
