1 lb. Pasta (any curly/short)
2 Cans Condensed Cheddar Cheese
2 ½-3 Cups Milk
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
¾ Cups Bread Crumbs
½ stick Butter (room temperature)
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:

•Preheat oven to 350º

•In a large sauce pan stir milk and condensed soup over medium-low heat for 10 minutes

•Stir in 2 cups Cheddar cheese and salt/pepper

•Cook on low until cheese is melted (about 5 additional minutes)

•Cook pasta for 5-6 minutes

•Combine pasta and cheese mixture in baking dish (there should be a lot of liquid)

•In a separate bowl cut bread crumbs into butter then mix ½ cup cheddar cheese

•Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over pasta

•Bake uncovered for ½ hour

•Optional: Broil for 2-5 minutes to get a crispy crust layer

•Enjoy :)
