You will need:
4 lbs. of chicken breast,
2 onions,
4 ribs of celery,
4 carrots,
1 lb. of pasta,
3 cloves of garlic,
1 tsp. dill,
1 tsp. parsley,
season with salt and pepper,
48 oz. chicken broth.

Directions:
Directions:
1) Boil pot of water with chicken (skin fat) 30 to 45 minutes to cook chicken 'til tender.
2) Put chopped vegetables, seasoning and broth in pot.
3) Cook soup for 1 hr to 1 1/2 hrs. Season with pinch of salt & pepper.
3) Remove chicken and chop into pieces. Put 1/2 in pot.
4) Divide up soup to save in freezer for leftovers, keep enough soup for dinner.
5) Put favorite soup pasta in pot, ex. orzo in pot around 1/2 cup.
6) Balance of chicken use for chicken salad. Enjoy!
