3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 (16 oz) can solid pack pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 c. water
Chocolate chips optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine sugar, oil and eggs. Add pumpkin and mix well. Combine dry ingredients; add pumpkin mixture alternately with water. Pour into two greased 9X5X3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 60-65 minutes or until bread tests done. allow to cool.
