1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 1/2 cups fine bread crumbs
1 cup milk, 1 tsp salt

Cheese Stuffing:

1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 T lemon juice
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 cups sharp shredded cheddar, divided
1 T worchestershire sauce
3 slices bread of your chopped, finely crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix first four ingredients and pat 1/2 in bottom of 9 inch pie plate. Stir fry veggies and lemon juice for a few minutes. Add egg and blend well. Stir in cheese and crumbs. Put stuffing on top of meat mixture in pan. Top with remaining meat. Brush with 1 T worchestershire sauce.Bake 45 minutes. Top with another cup of grated cheese, Pop back in oven for 5 minutes. Serve with stove topped scalloped potatoes and a salad.
