1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. chopped onion
1 lg. diced green pepper
1 can diced green chilies
1 can olives, sliced
2 med. tomatoes, diced
1 c. grated mozzarella cheese
1 c. grated Monterey jack cheese
6 pita pockets, halved

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with peppers and onions. Add chilies and olives. Heat through. Just prior to serving, add tomatoes and cook five minutes. Add cheese and let melt. Serve in warm pita pockets.

These are messy but yummy. Instead of olives we usually add avocados to the pita. Elk meat, ground or not, is also really good in it.
