Cookies:
1 pkg. Devil's food cake mix
2 eggs
3/4 c. shortening

Frosting for middle:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2-4 c. powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Blend all cookie ingredients together at once. Roll soft dough into small balls and place on Cookie sheet (don't press down, keep balls intact). Bake at 350º for 8 minutes (do not overbake!)

Mix frosting ingredients until smooth.

When cookies are cool frost backs of cookies and use another cookie to make sandwich. Easy does it!
