2 pounds of ground beef
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. cumin
2 chopped garlic cloves
half of a medium chopped bell pepper
half of a medium chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix ground beef in a 2 quart sauce pan.
2) Add salt, chili powder, garlic, cumin, paprika and enough water to cover meat.
3) Bring to a boil then simmer over medium low heat for about an hour.
4) Make sure to mash up the beef. Add water if needed.
5) Add onion and bell pepper. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
6) Put beef in shell, add toppings.

I really like tacos because they smell like beef. The scent is so good you want to die for it. I have it every other week. It looks delicious because you can look at the juicy sauce, the beef, cheese and the lettuce wit the crunchy shell. That is the reason why I like tacos.
