4 beef tenderloin steaks, cut 3/4 inch thick (about 1 pound total)
Salt and black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (about 8 ounces)
1/4 cup seasoned beef broth
1/4 cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sprinkle steaks lightly with salt and pepper. In a large skillet cook steaks in hot oil over medium-high heat for 7 to 9 minutes or to desired doneness (145 Degree F for medium-rare or 160 degrees F for medium), turning once halfway through cooking. Transfer steaks to a serving platter; keep warm.

2. In the same skillet cook and stir mushrooms over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in broth and cream. Cook and stir over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Season sauce to taste with additional salt and pepper. Spoon mushroom mixture over steaks to serve.
