Notes: My favorite recipe is a German Christmas cookie recipe that's been passed down through my family from my great-grandmother. We only make it at one certain time of year and that's at Christmas. When my mom makes them, she uses chocolate and many different spices. My brother and I cut them into shapes like people, trees and stars and then we decorate them with frosting and sprinkles.
