3 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2-3 T. fennel seeds
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix baking powder, salt & pepper, then add to flour. Add fennel seeds. Mix and make a well in the center. Add oil and 1 cup water. Mix with hands and make 2 balls out of dough. Place on floured board and roll each ball to 1/8 to 1/4" thickness. Cut into 1" squares with a pastry roller. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375º
for 25 minutes. Flip after first 15 minutes.
