5 - 8 c. (5 - 8 oz.) baby spinach
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Slivered almonds
DRESSING:
1/2 c. cider vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. poppy seeds
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine baby spinach, sliced fresh strawberries and almonds as desired. Combine all dressing ingredients and toss with spinach.
