2 eggs
2 tbsp milk
2 cups sugar
4 tbsp flour
3/4 tsp nutmeg
4 cups chopped pink rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 2 eggs and add milk. Stir in sugar, flour, nutmeg. Mix in rhubarb. Pour in to pie crust and top with pie crust. Dot with butter.
Bake 400º for 50 minutes.
