1 medium to large roast
1 family-size can of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 box French's beefy onion dry soup mix (2 envelopes)
1 small bag of baby carrots
4 large Russet potatoes (peeled and cubed)
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 large oven roasting bag

Directions:
Directions:
Set crock-pot on low setting. Place pot roast in large oven bag and place bag inside of crock-pot. Pour both packages of onion soup mix over pot roast and rub it in. Pour cream of mushroom soup over pot roast and make sure it covers the entire roast all the way around. Add Worcestershire sauce, carrots, and potatoes to bag. Roll the top of the bag down and place the lid on the crock-pot. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Remove bag from crock-pot and pour all contents into a large bowl. Remove meat and potatoes and carrots from bowl and serve gravy from bowl over meat and potatoes if desired.
