3 chicken breasts, cooked with salt & pepper, then cut up into bite size pieces
1 10 oz. bag fresh spinach
1 16 oz. jar alfredo sauce
1 8 oz. pkg. provolone cheese, diced
1 8 oz. pkg. fresh basil
1 c. sautéed mushrooms(opt.)
2 T. minced garlic
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
3 cans refrigerated pizza dough, or make your own, or buy french bread dough from bakery.
(Or you can use fresh refrigerated calzone mixture and put with lettuce in fresh tortilla wraps or croissants and serve cold)

Preheat oven to 425º. In a large bowl combine chicken, spinach, alfredo sauce, cheese, basil, mushrooms, garlic & salt & pepper. Start with a soft ball size piece of dough and roll out on a floured surface into an 8 inch circle. Fill half of circle with calzone filling. Fold other half over to make half circle and pinch edges to seal. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Cut a small slit in top for steam. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve with marinara or pizza sauce if desired.
