For Pork Marinade
1/2 c brown sugar
4 T olive oil
4T cider vinegar
3 cloves crushed garlic
3 T grainy mustard
4T fresh lemon juice
1 t salt

For Sauce:
1/3 c sour cream
1/3 cup mayo
1 1/2 t. dry mustard
1/4 c chopped green onion
1 1/2 t. white vinegar
salt to taste

For Pork:
Combine all ingredients and marinate meat for at least 12-24 hours. Grill or broil and serve with sauce.

For Sauce
Combine all ingredients and let set in fridge for at least 2 days. This is very important as the flavors need all this time to come together.
