2 c 3 Minute Brand© Old Fashioned Oats
1 c Butter, softened
2 Eggs
2 t Vanilla
2 c Flour
1 c Crispy Rice Cereal
1 c Candy-coated chocolate pieces
1 c Brown Sugar
1 c Sugar
1 t Baking Soda
1 t Baking Powder
1/2 c Shredded Coconut
1 c Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Place softened butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl and mix well. Add baking soda, flour and baking powder and mix well. Add oats, rice cereal, coconut, candies, and nuts and stir with a spoon until well blended. Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes. If desired, add toppings (candy corn, etc.) as cookies cool.

You can try these combinations as stir-ins: 1/2 c shredded coconut, 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips & 1 c chopped pecans. 1 c raisins or dates and 1 c chopped walnuts.
