1/2 c sugar
1/4 c vinegar
1/2 c water
1 1/2 T. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Drain beets dispose of juice. Mix sugar, vinegar, water in small pot. Before adding cornstarch make sure the mixture is cool so the cornstarch does not clump up. After that is mixed up, add beets.
