1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cup suger
1 egg
2 cups flour
2 1/2 teasp. baking power
1/4 teasp.salt
1/2 cup milk
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
crumb mixture
1/2 cup suger
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teasp. cinnamon
1/4 cup butter

cream shortening. add suger and cream thoroughly. add egg and blend
well. mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
add flour mixture alternately to suger mixutre with milk,begining and ending with flour
mixture. do not over mix. place in a greased 11x7x1 1/2 pan.sprinkle blueberries on top of cake mixture. mix suger. flour. cinnamon and butter together untill crumbly. sprinkle crumb mixture over blueberries.
Back at 350'' for 45 minutes.
