@4# Country Style pork ribs.

Sauce:
2 tall jars baby food peaches (Gerbers)
1/3 c. catsup
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tsp. ground ginger
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
3 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic or garlic powder
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Brown ribs in 400º oven for 30 minutes to melt off excess fat. ( I trim off what I can beforehand). Drain grease off. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 250º for 6 hours or gor 1 1/2 - 2 hours at 350º ( I do the latter)
