12 ounces of boneless pork
1 can pineapple chunks in juice
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1\2 tsp salt
1\2 tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp Canola oil
2 cups broccoli florets
1 med carrot sliced thin
1 med onion
2 cans corn
1 garlic clove
1 tsp ginger

Directions:

Cut pork into 1\4"x2" strips, drain juice from pineapple into a small bowl and add Worcestershire sauce and cornstarch to juice, add salt and pepper, set aside. Heat 2 tsp oil over high heat, add pork, stir fry until white. Add broccoli, carrot, onion, corn and reserved pineapple juice. Stir fry until broccoli and carrots are brightly colored. Put on a plate, set aside. Add remaining 1 tsp to saucepan, add garlic and ginger. Stir about 10 seconds, Add pineapple juice and meat, stir. Stir fry until liquid is thickened and meat is cooked thoroughly.
