Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 # round steak (beef, elk, deer)
1 chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 can tomato soup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp beef bouillon
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 16oz tub sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Have meat partially frozen, remove any fat or gristle and thinly slice meat across the grain. Having it partially frozen makes it much easier to slice. Fry meat slices in a small amount of hot oil until browned, add onion and garlic until softened. Then add soup, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon and mushrooms. Combine, simmer gently until meat is tender 1-2 hours. May refrigerate at this point until later if desired. Have mixture hot when adding sour cream, stir a small amount of the hot mixture in the sour cream, then add all the sour cream back into the hot meat. Serve over rice or noodles.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
For a meal, serve with Scarborough Fair bread, steamed squash with brown sugar and butter, broccoli salad and Pig Pickin cake for dessert.
