1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Combine brown sugar, butter and cinnamon in microwaveable bowl, microwave 2 minutes, until melted. Add pecans, tossing until all pecans coated with sugar mixture. Lay pecans out flat and microwave 3 to 5 minutes.

Someone give me this recipe years ago. Used to make up batches to Christmas gifts. Now the new crave is adding to your tossed salad with crumbed blue cheese, very good!
