15-1/2-oz. can cream style corn
15-1/2 can whole kernel corn drained (or fresh or frozen)
4 T. flour
4 T. sugar
4 T. margarine
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 diced green pepper
2 oz. jar chopped pimientos, drained (optional)
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese or more

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Put corn in medium bowl. Blend flour, sugar, margarine, salt, and eggs in blender. Add to corn. Stir in green pepper and pimientos. Add cheese, mixed in or on top. Pour in casserole dish and bake one hour or until inserted knife in center comes out clean.

I love corn pudding, but could never find a recipe that didn't sometimes end up running in center, always had to overcook. This recipe is foolproof! I don't always put in green peppers or pimientos, but the cheese is a great addition to this old time recipe!
