Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef
4 tbsp crushed wheat
1 medium yellow onion
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Butter for frying
3/4 cups of water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Roll the beef into fingers.
3. Fry them until golden brown, then turn over and cook other side.
4. Add the water; keep it boiling until the water is almost gone.
5 Serve.

KOFTA is an Egyptian food! It tastes delicious; it is good for lunch and dinner time! It is a famous food in the great Egypt. My family wanted me to share this recipe with you. It is made by my Grandma Bela.
PS - Bela is the nick name I gave to my grandmother.
