3 c. sweet potatoes cooked and mashed
1 1/3 stick of butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1c. pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sweet potatoes, 1/3 stick of butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla together and place in a 8x8 pan. Mix brown sugar, flour, pecans and 1 stick of butter together and pour on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 375º for 25 minutes.
