2 c. sliced raw potatoes
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp salt
pepper
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, drain. Melt butter in pan and blend in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth, gradually stir in milk. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly, add the hot potatoes to the sauce.
