1 lb. Chicken, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/4 cup green onions, sliced thin (Optional)
1/3 cup Smucker's Natural Peanut Butter (smooth or crunchy)
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/3 cup water
Sprinkle of Cayenne to taste
Directions:
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in a bowl, stir well and microwave for 30 seconds.
2. Brown chicken in oil, add green onions last 2 minutes
3.Pour over cooked chicken and/or noodles.
