1 lb. of chicken
1 lb. of potatoes
1-2 onions
2 carrots
1 green pepper
4 cubes of curry mix
2 cups of rice
5 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Steam rice in a rice cooker.
2. Chop up onions, potatoes, carrots and green peppers.
3. Cut up the chicken
4. Stir fry chicken and onions.
5. Add all the other vegetable and 5 cups of water to chicken and onions.
6. Bring to a boil and add curry cubes and simmer.
7. Cook until vegetables tender.
8. Serve over rice.

This recipe is special because both my grandmothers can make it really well, and they make it whenever we go to their houses.
