1 cup milk
3 ice cubes
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp. chocolate syrup

In high speed blender, mix all ingredients for approximately 15 seconds or until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.

My dad has a big sweet tooth, but he's trying to eat healthy and lose weight. So I thought I would come up with a healthy yet sweet smoothie that would satisfy his sweet tooth but let him lose weight. We call it PB and B Smoothie, Peanut Butter and Banana. We love this smoothie because it's a healthy dessert that will satisfy your taste buds.
