Ingredients:
1 1/2" Smoked Center cut, boneless loin chops
1 per person

Directions:
Thick cut, smoked pork chops have a great flavor! We love them! Sometimes we buy the whole loins already smoked and slice them ourselves. Do not get thin chops with bones in them, as they become tough and dry over the campfire. Since they are fully cooked in the smoking process, they only need to be warmed through. Put them on a hot, oiled grill, cook until hot and they have "grill marks" on them, turn and repeat with the other side.

Personal Notes:
We like to serve these with Vicky's Scalloped Potatoes (cooked in the Dutch Oven), Herb Bread (also Dutch Oven) Carrot Salad, or Broccoli Salad and Peanut Delight Dessert.
