3 cups coarsely chopped cabbage
3 T uncooked regular rice
1 lb ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can water
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put the cabbage in a buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Brown the ground beef, onion and salt and pepper. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer 10 minutes. Pour over the cabbage. Don't stir. Bake covered for 2 hours at 325 degrees.
